Hazel’s Meditation Evenings offer a calm and nurturing space to step out of the noise of daily life and return to yourself. In these group gatherings, Hazel guides participants through a series of intuitive meditations designed to support emotional release, energetic balance, and inner clarity.

Each evening is held with care and presence, allowing space to simply be — to settle the mind, feel into the body, and gently let go of what’s been carried.

Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to your practice, Hazel creates a safe, grounded atmosphere where you can feel supported and held. These evenings are a chance to breathe deeply, rest fully, and reconnect with your own inner rhythm.
